You will not be admitted into the show without the ticket. Hence it is important for you to bring the ticket along with you while entering the venue.
The show will start at 7.00 pm. You are requested to report at least 15 minutes prior to the start.
You are expected to behave yourself in the manner without interrupting others enjoyment through anti-social and/or intimidating behavior.
You will not be allowed if you are found to be drunk or carrying alcohol or other banned goods.
Smoking is strictly not permitted in any place inside the arena.
Duplicate ticket will be issued free of charge, subject to proof of purchase and discretion of Showman's authorities.
Payment can be made in cash, debit card, credit card and cheque for bulk bookings.
Tickets for the show is not refundable. In exceptional circumstances like rain or other disturbances due to natural causes, the show will be postponed.
Children below the age of 3 will not be permitted. In case of coming along with toddlers, parents are advised to take care of the kid themselves. Showman would like to make it clear that the event is not suitable for toddlers and recommends to avoid bringing them.
Changes in dates would be published in the website in case of a postponement due to unavoidable circumstances.

Product/solution that you purchased/subscribed shall be returned/discontinued within 30 days from the date of subscription of services. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided with the online ticket might be applicable depending on the scenarios.
Our refund process includes a verification / approval phase. Once when we are convinced that you are the person who needs to be refunded, we would refund the amount in the same payment method as made by you.
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
Debit card / Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 30 business days of receipt of the returned item. You are requested to contact your card-issuing bank to know about the exact date when the amount is credited to your account. However we will send you credit information when money is debited from our account by email.
Cheque / Draft payments will be refunded in the form cheque/draft to the address for which you have registered with us within 30 working days
Cash payments will also be refunded in the form of a cheque from Show man and the same will be mailed to your billing address within 30 calendar days of your cancellation request.
